Refund & Return Policy

1. Introduction

At CleanRide, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple refund and return process to ensure a smooth experience.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective products.

  • Customers must provide a parcel opening video showing the product’s condition at the time of delivery.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging along with all accessories, manuals, and freebies (if any).

  • Items that are used, altered, or without proof video will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@CleanRide.com.

  2. Attach the parcel opening video as proof.

  3. Our support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  4. Once the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, CleanRide will issue a refund to your original payment method (prepaid orders via Razorpay).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refunds for COD will be processed via bank transfer or as communicated by our support team.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items / Notes

  • Items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products without a parcel opening video proof will not be accepted.

  • Please carefully inspect your package at the time of delivery to ensure eligibility for return.
